Level 2 Homebuyers Reports
A level 2 homebuyers report contains a detailed survey of the main elements, using a traffic light system for clarity, so that we can provide you with a clear assessment of the condition of the property you are looking to purchase. Homebuyers reports are available with and without valuations, with prices varying depending on the cost of the property. Level 3 Building Surveys
A level 3 building survey is the most detailed you can get, with the survey assessing the main elements for condition and structural integrity. The surveyor will comment on the condition of the property using a condition rating traffic light system, giving you professional advice where needed. Level 3 surveys are recommended for older homes or homes that have had significant alterations.
