When it comes to selling a domestic property, energy performance certificates, or EPCs, are now required by law. At Edwards EPC Surveyors, we provide EPCs for both domestic and commercial clients in South Wales that are looking to improve their energy efficiency.

To get your energy performance certificate, one of our qualified surveyors will visit your property to carry out a series of checks to measure the energy efficiency of your property, before issuing you with a certificated with your energy rating.
